All hoops are shipped U.S. Priority Mail (2-3 day delivery) and have shipping insurance. Although damage during shipping is rare, it does happen occasionally. If your hoop is damaged during shipping, and the damage is visible before you unwrap it, please refuse delivery or mark it "return to sender". The Post Office will return it to me at no expense to you and I will replace it. I will not accept a return on the basis you feel the hoop is too big/heavy or too small/light. All sizes are clearly stated in the ad.
